I am currently working at a law firm, I have three years experience and believe that I am good at what I do and I love what I am doing. THe problem is the money I am getting month end. I spoke to my boss about it but she is not really interested in giving me raise. I have been looking for the job ever since, I can't seem to get a job. My cv is fine and I have all the requirements that they need for the job. I go to interviews but I seem to get the job. I have been to interviews about 8 times but I really don't know what I am doing wrong, Ok one company withdrawn the vacant, which I went twice for interview. The other company told me I am the best candidate but never employed me and I went to the second interview for the very same company. Clearly I have potential but I don't know what could be lacking. Help realise my problem please.

Even tough I have paralegal experience, I had a terrible time even finding a legal job a few years ago. I ended up doing everything but legal work in a few jobs that I took. It seems that now the legal field is not as hot as it once was.
You didn't state exactly what your job at the law office was. You need to remember money is tight right now and most law offices are just not hiring or worse, they are cutting back on the hired help.
You are not doing anything wrong. There just isn't a market right now for legal office help.
I even went for jobs as a receptionist in law offices to no avail even though I was technically overqualified for the position.
You do need more than 3 years though in any kind of law office to know the "business".
What type of law firm are you currently employed at? Civil, disability, criminal, etc.
