If it's a chain link fence then Rustolium Aluminum Paint and a high knapp roller.

If there are a lot of flat places then spray Aluminum paint.

This is a 14' rolling aluminum gate that has been painted before. I have pressure washed it and planned on sanding the chipped spots. I was wondering about what to use as a primer, and top coat. What is the procedure for prep and top coat. Can you recommend products?

Here is the expert stuff related to Aluminum.

Your going to have to find a conversion coating to remove the oxide. For minor dings, etc, you can use Bondo sratch and dent filler. It comes in a tube.

I've done the conversion coating thing for steel. Those chemicals were available at an autobody supply shop.
