I had chlamydia. I took one dose 1g azithromycin and my symptoms did clear on the tenth day. It took ten full days for them to disappear. Its been about 3 days since my tenth day and I feel the sensitivity again in the tip of my penis... could it be coming back or is this just some kind of after shock that will disappear with time?

Hahaha, I suppose I should have been more specific, but I meant STD's. Can any other STD other than chlamydia cause itching/tenderness at the time of the penis and if so which ones?
