04/29/2005 I was charged with felony weapons offense. I went to court and from what the form says was charged with felong weapons-Carrying concealed and I had no idea about this until I went to take a nursing required class. DISP: says JUV ADJUDICATION. I'v been speaking to a lawyer and she says that it shouldn't be sown on my adult record seeing as I was 15 at the time it had happened. So she gave me the website that only will show your adult record and all my juvie record are showing up I have the weaps charge and retail fraud on there. She says it's not possible for any of this to even be showing up. It's holding me back from even starting nursing school and I need advice with what to do. If she says it's not suppose to be there && It is do I have to wait the 5 years after the date I got off probation to file or how do I go about this? And do I even have a chance taking it do court or should I change my manger all together?

Thank you so much for our time. =] :p

Typically nursing can get into juvie records if they are felonious, particularly if they are abuse charges, drug charges, and/or weapons charges. My record check went by 12+ years.

Unfortunately, you may not be able to get into the nursing profession with a record like this.

Even if you get into Nursing School I doubt you can get a license because this info CAN be seen. I have no idea why you got the advice you got and would ask again.

I am not aware of any licensing board that will give you a 100% answer prior to applying for your license so you could very possibly attend school and then not get a license.
