Im currently nearly 8 weeks pregnant and I know that the first 3 months are the most crucial part of the pregnancy.
I work in an enclosed office with 8 people. The majority are sneezing and coughing.. with cold symptoms. We HAVE to keep the air con on, which is unfair. However some people feel hot.. the air con is disgusting as it recycles bad air.
Im getting paranoid being stuck here. And my work colleagues don’t know I'm pregnant yet…

Im scared of getting sick now… would I be at risk and the baby?

Getting sick with what? Have you had incidences of the swine flu (H1N1) in your area that you are concerned about? Get the vaccination.

Yes we have had cases of swine flu here :(

Sick I meant a cold / flu etc..

Nothing to worry about getting the cold and/or flu. It won't hurt the baby if you get it.

Good to know
But you suggest I get vaccine against swine flu?

Yes, I suggest all high risk category people get the vaccine. High risk groups include people 25 and under, pregnant women and people with other health issues.
