I applied for a student visa before 30th march 2009 and I received my student visa now. I want to take my wife and son of 4 along with me. What do I need to do and what laws come under it.

They need to apply for the F-2 dependent visa. Will need the marriage certificate, birth certificate and evidence of ability to pay expenses for time in the US.
