And when I am at work and my boss can be asking me to be waiting on a fax and then two days later he asks me if I got it , I can't even remember him saying anything about a fax . Like I just go blank its terrible and I hate it I don't know what to do so I can remember things better and if write it down I end up losing the note or something always happen. I am not sure if I might need to see a doctor or need some type of medicine?? Its freaking me out... can any one help me

Hi, nvrsaynvr!

Yes, you should see a doctor. I would also like to know if you're getting enough sleep and are eating enough on a regular basis? Also, are you a person who tends to get really nervous and/or anxious, please?

Thanks!

I have always been real forgetfull and have a hard time trying to concentrate ever since I was a kid . I started thinking that I just might have ADD but I never went to a doctor to get it a check up and I think now its just getting worst.

Well a doctors visit it is. I hope you get some answers from them. Until you see your doctor, try not to give yourself a break. Take some time just for yourself. Breathe... Make sure you tell the doctor all you have told us.

Hi,
Definitely see a doctor. I would also take a look at my diet. Are you constipated? If you have not gone to the bathroom in awhile and you have the tendency to become constipated, you're storing all those toxins in your body. This can lead to problems with memory and concentration and that "foggy" lightheaded spaciness.

Another thing to look at would be possible food allergies? Sugar and dairy can also cause problems in concentration for some people. Good luck!

Hi, maybe can try to write down the list of things that you have done or try to have at least 6hrs of sleep everyday.

Hi again, nvrsaynvr!

So, is there a reason that you haven't been to a doctor for a check-up, please?

Thanks!

Hi again, nvrsaynvr!

If a person doesn't keep themselves healthy, they might not be able to keep their job. If they lose their job and have kept themselves healthy, they'll be more likely to get another job.

Thanks!

Hello, nvsaynvr,

All I can offer is a little tale

About 25 years ago, I was working fine, good relationship etc etc etc,

In the space of a few weeks, my best mate was diagnosed with epilepsy, caused by a brain tumour

My sister had a motorbike accident in greece and spent several months in traction with a crushed spine

My boss at worked suffered a heart attack

My wife gave birth to our eldest

So I was going to work at 6am, working all day with out a break, going home to check on wife and baby, going to the first hospital to see the boss, second for my sister, and third for my mate

After three weeks of this I lost the plot one night and had to ring the misses to ask her where we lived

I had completely forgotten when and where and even who I was :)

To say that stress can lead the mind to do crazy things is an under statement

Once I had time to relax and ease up on everything I was doing, things got back to normal

Now, who knows what could be causing your systoms, stress is a very powerful enemy, and could be the cause

But when I lost the plot, I was already visiting three hospitals so getting a doctor to give me a check over was not a problem and all was fine at the end of the day

Since then I have learnt to control the stress by making sure I get a little me time, of course this means playing with my kids, who can take away my stress in seconds.
