I have been trying to think of this movie for a couple years, I cannot for the life of me remember much about it, but I do remember enjoying it as a little little kid, and want to buy it for my daughter. Ive been searching ALL over the net trying to find it with no luck =[

so what I remember is... its animated, I think a little blonde girl gets taken somehow, I remember a camper, and she's sitting at the table in the camper, and I remember her at a carnival/fair type of thing. And that's about all I can remember,

I have a perfect picture of this little girl in my head. But that doesn't really help..

The only one I can think of is Savannah Smiles but that's not animated.
