Did you check to make sure the pump was running and that the impeller was not restricted with settlement? No air bleeder at the coil or coils?

I didn't check pump or for coils yet I don't get it I'm forcing water threw system and only getting little water back when I should be pushing out air

You got a bad restriction. You need to flush backwards through the system if you can to get it cleaned out.

How cause this boiler doesn't have a valve after expansion tank to connect hose too

That's a question for the person who installed it. Can the system be backed flushed? Your going to need to break the system down to find the restriction if not.

If the system has zone valves they have to be open to perform a flush OR fill the boiler system. Most zone valves have a manual lever or setting to allow this with power off.
