People say I have a case what do you think. It's a long story but I'm going to try and make it short and sweet. I went to the doctor for a hernia. They did an ultra sound and said that they did not find a hernia but found cancer. Made me stay for a cat scan that would find my hernia. Set me up to another hospital for surgery so they could remove one testicle and repair the hernia. This is a weird part to... The doctor told me to lie that I did not eat anything so they could operate on me. Maybe they do that all the time but felt wrong to lie when I was drinking and eating right before talking to him. I had my energy drink while talking with him. I know for a fact that he was having problems getting the info about my case from allegan cause for one I over heard him talking about it and he said he was going to look at them when he can get the CD to play in his computer. What was on that disc was my ultrasound and cat scan. I told him all that was on it as far as a knew and was on my way for surgery. He met up with me marked my leg so we both knew what one he was to cut out. Waking from surgery later he tells me he did not believe that my testicle should be cut out so he put it back into me. The pain was non-stop. In the next day he tells me he got my blood work back and the tumor markers were there so he would have to do another surgery to remove the testicle he said looked to him to be just fine. Few months later I get pain in my chest under my nipple and go back to get tested. I have cancer once more. Told me my son would not have a father without treatment. I will not take any more of there help. Almost forgot to tell you how it took three cat scans I only had one kidney, and no not one doctor said a thing about it. It was the nice women pumping the kidney killing fluids into me. She said she was sorry and that I should have never had that done. She could not believe I was not told before. I called the Allegan hospital and they said they wrote on it that the kidney was not shown. Did they even look? I do not have much time to find a lawyer and have little money. I am strong and able to fight against this poor treatment cause I'm not taking there death treatment of chemo radiation. Ready for court if I have a case. Please help.

It does sound as though you have a medical malpractice suit. You don't need money for a suit as this. These cases are taken on what is called a contingency basis. Meaning that the lawyer gets a percentage of what you win in court. If you don't win the lawyer loses all of the money he put in.

Now, from a medical standpoint. You were told you have testicular cancer? Then you got pain in your chest? Did they do a lung x-ray? Testicular cancer frequently presents itself with pain in the chest and the cancer usually spreads to the lungs. Chemo and/or radiation are your best bets to fight this disease.

Just because you are "strong" doesn't mean the cancer won't spread. I speak from experience. I am a breast cancer survivor. I took chemo treatments for 6 months and never even caught a cold for another 12 years.

You mention "Allegan," would this be in Michigan?

Yes I am in Michigan. What should I do from here. Chemo is not an option for me at this time as far as I am concerned. When I live through this cancer I will make sure the public is aware of the treatment. All natural no man made chemicals.

Unfortunately, you may not live through this "all natural no man made chemicals."

Once the cancer spreads it has to be killed. The only known proven way is through chemo and/or radiation.

May I ask why you are so against this? How old are you?

Maybe this should be on the medical boards, but it still is a legal question.

Find a medical malpractice attorney in your area. It won't cost you any money, in the end you may win money.

No chemo, naw don't call an attorney, most likely they would just draw the lawsuit out till you die.
