My beko frostfree fridge/freezer is not working.. the fan in the freezer is still working but the food is only semi frozen an the fridge is not working food inside are warm not chilled.. the outside of fridge feels cold... please help:confused:

It is one of the following 3 items that is bad or going bad:

1. Defrost heater faulty.
2. Defrost limit switch faulty.
3. Defrost timer faulty.

If you have a multitester you can test each component to see which is bad. If you don't have a multitester contact a repairperson and have them test these components and change out the bad part. It should take less than 30 minutes to diagnose and change out part if they have part on their truck.
