I have a Lennox split system model MN HP25-461-2P

Condenser is not coming on might but kicks right back off if it does

Air handler is running

Barkers and disconnect have been checked and are working

Have gone through the t/stat and confirmed it is working (Honeywell CT3611)

Any ideas no visible sign of frost

Outside unit needs to be serviced.
