Lightning blew out transformer have arcoair ac which still comes on but blower in attic does not what is the chance of it being the honeywell electronic fan timer board being blown out thanks steve

There is only one way to find out what the problem is to take a meter and track down the problem. The Honeywell board could be the problem but so could be the motor and relay controls.
