My daughters father got into trouble and his P.O is a real pain he is trying everyway to keep him in trouble and trying to pin stuff on him, instead of trying to help him. Is there a way he can get a new P.O? How would he go about doing this?

Sorry to inform you but getting a new probation officer is not that easy. In fact, the reason the PO is probably a pain in the posterior is due to the attitude of the probationer in the first place. The PO's usually don't go out of their way to "pin stuff" as you put it on folks on probation. They are too busy monitoring the other probationers and frankly don't have the time to heckle or torment one particular person.
If the person is on probation for longer than a year chances are pretty good that they will get another PO every 6 months if they are in a county that has a lot of folks on probation.
Sure, your friend can request another PO but they probably won't get a different one if they accuse the PO of "trying to pin stuff" on them. It's not going to fly. Sorry.
Tell the person to shape up, listen to what the PO wants from them and follow the rules of probation and guess what - the PO will more than likely ease up on them and stop riding them so much.

The PO is there to supervise your child's father, not to provide moral support or counselling. I'm surprised with the heavy workload that PO's carry there is time to harrass your child's father.
That having been said, what is the PO doing to keep him in trouble, "pin stuff on him."
The PO doesn't work for the Police so I don't quite understand what you are trying to say.
If he is unhappy with the terms of his parole or with his PO, why doesn't he go back to Court, tell the Court just that and serve time in jail instead?

I'm a radical person. Being on probation is a radical situation, calling for radical behavior... There is NO WAY you're going to have ANY success by complaining. If anything, it'll get worse.
It's happened to me. I moved to another city in the county. I got a new PO.
