An employee at Wakefern (Shoprite) is using her computer to look up past medical information and telling others about me and my ex-boyfriends illnesses. This is extremely embarrassing to us and is violating HIPAA laws. What can be done to solve this problem?

Contact her employeer and report the incident immediately.
