Whether a small business will succeed or not, will depend on many factors that could go into quite a bit of discussion as far as how to enable one of them to be very successful.

Depending on where you're located, there might be grants available for a person who has been convicted of a felony that would enable them to incorporate themselves back into society as a productive citizen.

Such grant monies might not be given directly to the person looking for work, but are generally given to an agency that helps those convicted of felonies, or other types of crimes, who are looking for work.
