I changed the transmission out. Drove down driveway, went died and won't start. Have check the fuses, reset computer and pour gas into throttle. Getting fire and fuel.

. Test, if you didn't, all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

Be very thorough, since it will save a lot of time and money.
. Check for codes.
. Check for fuel. Do you hear the fuel pump run, when the ignition switch is turned to ON?
. Replace spark plugs (Champion only), with the exact ones that came in the truck, if they have not been changed in the last 40,000 miles. I've seen Dodge trucks fail to start with non-Champion plugs in them, even though they were almost brand new.
. Ensure all sensors are connected; e.g. transmission sensor and VSS.
. Check Crankshaft Position Sensor.
