Hi,
I was asked by employer to leave for india in May as I did not have job (till I find a job in US). I am in india since then. It seemed liked the best thing to do at that time to comeback to india with a offer to work in india till things get better.
As soon I was back in india I got my H1B Stamped. I am still in india.
I got a project for 1 month(Starting Nov1), and if I don't get a project after that I want to change status to F1.
1) How many paystubs do I need for COS.
2)How long it generally takes to change status.
3)what will be my status during the transition period.
