I am about 2 get married and my future wife has a 14 yr old daughter still living in Nairobi Kenya Africa with her grand-ma.Her father was murdered in his home town where she lives.
So what I want 2 know can I legally adopt her as my own child here in England and what r the costs if I do.

Not sure about England but ordinarily I'd think that, since the father is deceased, you'd have a clear path to adopting her. Of course, since she resides in a different country, there may be immigration and citizenship issues to content with. Is there a Kenyan Consulate in England? They could probably advise you as to the legalities involved in such a situation.
