Firstly hello everyone I am new to ask me help desk and thank you for reading.

I am 40 stay at home mom and I don't have a car.
I was diagnosed with maniac depression when I was 21 during that long time and many years I've sought self help for my depression or natural herbs because I've been unable to stay on meds or follow up with a doctor or keep a doctor for that matter due to finances and my location (its a 25 min drive into town) and also I suffer from extremely painful mesntrual cycle and a wide range of symptoms most times the pain so bad I am hunched over or cannot get out of bed without help my kids are suffering because of my depression and menstrual problems and my marriage is suffering and I feel like my depression is running my life

Many points to consider in your statement.

Your inability to stay on prescribed medications might be due to the chaos of the bi-polar disorder,I know I have had difficulties with staying compliant on the meds too.

You wouldn't be writing in here if you were not at your breaking point with this problem, maybe a change is in order, one where you find a way to get to the doctor and continue to seek the help you need.

Where are you located? What part of the world?

I ask because there are more ways of getting help even in the remotest places,I have found help for others from the states to Australia and all points between.

The churches are a good place to begin if finances are tight, even if you aren't a member of that church or show little to no faith, they will help those in need, and it looks like you fit that bill.

Hope to hear from you soon,
Ken

Thank you so much for replying and I am located in California, antelope valley((lake la)) you stated you have found help for others from the states to Australia and all points between. Do you think you can help me? Any help or assistance or words would be appreciated and would be more than I am getting at this point. I do realize a change is in order and I am at that breaking point and I am trying to reach out and get help and I have tried to sought help from churches even shelters and I don't know if my remote area or what but I can't seem to get help .
