My Rheem Criterion II model RCBA (or RC8A) - n37656617 or 3765GG17 won't stay on. The fan comes on, the thing that heats up gets red, the big flames come on, then the thing that heats up fades and the big flames go out. Hope this isn't too technical for you to understand.
