I have a GE side by side refrigerator with and cubed, crushed ice and water dispenser. The water flows OK for a second or two, then progressively slower and slower. I have replaced the filter, but it seems to be getting worse.

The control panel had electronic temperature controls, door alarm and filter replacement button.
