My roommate has not paid sec dep or rent and now has disturbed the other tenants in the house and called the cops on them for saying something to him about keeping the music down.

He NEEDS to be evicted. What is the best/quickest route to get this done. I need help ASAP.

I now have been basically living in my bedroom since he has moved in sept 28th. Only come out when I have to use the bathroom or leave. PLEASE HELP ME!

You say in your other post that he is your subtenant. Evict him - particularly if he isn't paying rent and hasn't paid his security deposit.
