I was giving my daughter a bath and turned my back while I thought she was playing with her toys instead she got out the roll of toilet paper sitting on side of tub and tore off pieces and put them in tub and decided to let out water! :eek:So now my bathtub is like draining slow! I went to get draino--the foaming type and used like three bottles and has showed some progress but still is slow and not like it used to be!:( So what will I need to do next because I have no clue!

Remove the tub overflow cover, block the overflow pipe with a wet washcloth or towel. Run about 1/2" water in the tub and plunge the drain. Plunge rapidly, you get more results from the pulling than from the pushing of a plunger.

Draino would not help, You need to snake it, Unscrew and remove the overflow plate, (The one with the drain lever) see the images and pull out the tub stopper. You now have a clear shot at the trap. Feed the cable (1/4" best or 3/3" with a small tip see the image. You can rent a Ridged K50 sink cable.

Thanks guys! I didn't have to go the snake route all I did was unscrew the stopper and it was all there so I just took it out! And now it works fine!
