Okay, so everything I find about removing a window from a '92 Accord on the web says to lower the window until the screws appear so that you can loosen them and remove the window. But if I go to a wrecking yard, there is no power to the windows to lower them, so how can I get to those screws to remove the window?

I'm not familiar with a '92 Accord specifically, but from working on my own cars I think there are generally four possibilities for power window removal:
Take a battery and a concocted wiring harness and plug into the power window motor directly to power it.
Remove power window motor and manually turn gear train. Might also be able to cut regulator cables to allow window to move freely.
Cut access whole in door at location to access screws for given window position.
Take whole door home and figure out how to address problem in comfy, well lit, well tooled shop.
#4 would be my choice.

Thanks for the answer. How does the door come off as I've never removed one.

Typically with a few bolts on the hinges, unplugging of a wiring harness, and perhaps removal or disconnection of a detent link.

Your best bet would be to pull the panel from the door. A phillips screw driver for the inside handle, the molded handle with the control, and one to the bottom near the door light. After the panel is off there are six 10mm bolts that hold the regulator and the motor in place. Once you have them loose push the window down or it should fall to where you can get to the bolts needed for the window. Watch it carefully so it doesn't fall and break.
