I haven't seen my three oldest children very often in the past six years since my wife and I got divorced. She keeps them from me always changes their phone number so I can't reach them and if I want to see them I have to knock on the door and then she calls the cops saying that I am harassing her.
She hates my new girlfriend and two children and does everything she can to have them taken away from us and to keep my other children away from me. I am current on my support and I know they want to see me.
What can I do. I can't sleep at night because I worry about then so and I have felt optionless for the past couple of years, but now realize that there has to be something I can do. All I want is to see my children on a regular basis and have a relationship with them and I want them to have a relatiohship with their two other siblings. Please help!

You're in a tough situation; one that is so common it's disgusting. I recommend you check out CPF - The Fatherhood Coalition (http://www.fatherhoodcoalition.org/) and see if you can gain some insight there. Good luck!

What does the chlld custody agreement say, what days are your visit days ? If she does not allow you to see them, you take her back to court for violating the court order

I don't have the money for a lawyer to keep taking her back to court. I am supposed to get them every other weekend.

You don't need a lawyer. Go to the family courthouse and inform them you would like the court to enforce the visitation order. They will likely give her a warning about it the first time but subsequently if she violates the court order she will be found in contempt of court and possibly jailed.

What state is this in ? In some states the police will go to the hoe with you and aid in getting your children.

But as the others have said go to court and have it enforced and have her held in contempt. Keep good records. And keep us posted.
