Need to find where the safety switches and how many there are, on my mTD mower and how to disable them to find out if one of the them is not letting the mower even turn over.

You can get the parts breakdown at;

But MTD used a number of engines on that frame. Most have the brake and blade switches on the frame inside the dash.
