I have had the Mirena in since April 2009, this is my second one, the first one got taken out so I could get tests done. Both times I have had a "period" every month, until the past 3 months. I am very nauseous every morning, and night, and certain smells, also a lot of the time after I eat. The only time I remember feeling like this is when I was prenant with my 2 1/2 year old. I am tired all the time, haven't been sleeping very well, and very achy all over. I have also gained 10 pounds in the past 3 months, and my belly is getting big like I'm pregnant, not getting fat. I have random people that I don't even know making comments about me being pregnant or having a baby. My gyno says there is no way that I could be pregnant, and the 3 at home pregnancy test that I have taken were all negative... what should I do?

The same thing is happening to me I just want to know how should I find out other than I home pg test...

No form of birth control is 100% effective so there is always a chance of pregnancy.

Now, having said that, three months in without a positive pregnancy test is pretty rare.

Talk to your doctor or get a second opinion.
