Hi. If you have knowledge about this, please answer my question.
I am from Philippines and I work online as a virtual assistant from a real estate company in US. I just started working last May of this year up to now and because of hardwork and dedication in my work, my boss was impressed, she wanted to meet me and my whole family personally. She invited me to visit her (in US) with my husband and 2 kids at her expense. I told her I really like to do that, but how? Applying a US visa here in the Philippines is not that easy. Especially for us, it would be very hard because I can't present any supporting papers like bank accnt. Statement and business tax declaration and I don't even have my own house. She told me that she'll talk to an immigration lawyer to know the details and documents that she needs to prepare. And it will take 6 months preparing. She told me to wait for it (expecting on March next yr. all were finished.
So what do you think? Do I and my family have a chance to have a visa?(B2)
Thank you so much and I hope to receive answers to this as soon as possible. I'm very much confused about this.. Thank's again and God Bless!!

You need to prove up to the CONOFF that you intend to return home. Have details of the trip regarding duration, funds for the trip, return tickets, etc.
