I apply for a loan and I was told that I had enough to borrow from and when I put my application in, I was told I didn't have enough to borrow. Stock market went up then down I was told. If I just withdraw everything, how much will I get after my penalty and taxes?

First if you are still working for that same company you normally can't just take the money out.

But assuming you can take the money out, the penalty if under age, is 10 percent plus state and federal taxes. So you are looking at 35 to 40 percent, to pay in taxes
