It would depend on a person's definition as to what is a "rock" song. If it has a beat that is a rock beat, than it's a rock song. Many churches have praise types of services where they use a drummer putting out a "rock" beat to songs. Such songs can be considered to be rock songs.
If you go to a praise service, you'll be likely to find a lot of rock music being used. Some of the tunes might be slow, and some of them might be fast. But, a lot of them are rock music, none-the-less.

If you are referring to those exact words
"lord up above", not sure on that
