It's something that's always been in the back of my head. I've always wanted to and seeing that my entire family is or was aprt of the U.S. Military it only seems more right. I have hit a point in my life where I need some change, I want to excel from a personal standpoint. Learn new things, do new things.

Im hung up on where to go once I'm in. I know the marines website says there are 300+ jobs once you enter but I graduated with a degree in Computer Networking, but that seems to laid back and conflictionLESS.

Also I have already contacted a local recruiter but in the mean time what sort of benefits are there? I mean I have school loans to pay, will they help?

Thanks in Advance

Rick

With your education and training, one would think the USAF would be a better fit. Any military service will do you good. You may even make a career of it. As for benefits and student loans, look very closely at the terms your recruiter puts in writing, as the needs of the service supercede all.

Ive been talking to my brother who is a retired paratrooper medic for the Army. I decided I'm going to go the ROTC route, finish my bachelors at a ROTC program at Central Michigan University and go active into the Army as a 2nd. Lt. It seem slike the best educational choice.

I need info on ROTC programs the above path is just a quick thought I need more info!

Thanks

Rick
