Hi

I am a 23 year old male I weigh about 200lbs and I'm 5'11". My problem is that I am very happy with my arms they are huge and don't really need to get any bigger but my chest isn't as big as it used to be like when I got out of boot camp. I want to build up my chest to be just as adequate. I have the supplements creatine, whey protein and lipo 6 a dietary supplement because I need to lose weight as well. I want to build out my chest to be adequate. How should I take my supplements?? Should I take them all or not and when?? And what should my workout consist of to make this work?? Please let know please. If you need any more information please let me know as well.

Thank you

Drink whole milk and do push-ups. Also do isometric exercises. Put your hands together, palm to palm, and push and hold for 7 seconds, let loose, and do it again.

When I was younger, I did 500 push-ups a day. I did 10 sets of 50 throughout the day. You can get those push-up stands.

No need for supplements.
