I have a Bryant 310aav furnace that recently quit blowing any air into the house, when I checked the furnace I noticed that the blower motor wasn't operating at full capacity. I also noticed that when the furnace would kick on it was way quieter in the house at the intake than normal, so I went into the garage where the unit is intalled and could barely hear the motor operating. I took off the cover and tried some self diagnostics, got a code 33 followed by a code 13 but then back to code 33. I checked for blockage and can't find any, can anyone help? Also I replaced the air filter about a month ago and it got damaged in installation but is still fully intact, is there a chance this could be the problem?

You might try replacing the blower motor capacitor with one of the same value. If you flip the thermostat to blower ON instead of automatic the blower should run as normal if not try replacing the capacitor as mentioned above.
