1. I think this movie is at most 15 years old, and it’s a sort of crime movie. My key memory is that the killer in some way is the first person to photograph the dead victims (he’s a journalist or something). He enjoys taking pictures of the victims he just killed.

2. This one’s maybe a bit older I think. All I remember is that there is some “terrorist” who wants to blow up a building (maybe this is the ending scene). And he’s is negotiating with someone he already knows. I think the key to remember this one is that the “terrorist” used to be a negotiator, and in some way he’s become the “terrorist”. He knows the way the negotiators work.

I don’t remember much of any of them, but maybe some of you know which movies I’m talking about anyway :) Thanks.

Your second movie reminds me of The Negotiator.

The Negotiator (1998) - Plot Summary (http://amazon.imdb.com/title/tt0120768/plotsummary)

Your first movie kind of sounds like Road to Perdition. Jude Law's character does what you explained in this movie.
