My vehicle was repossessed and now I owe a balance of $7000.00 plus lawyers fees. I live in PA and need to answer the complaint right away. I know if I deny any of their allegations I can buy time before my bankruptcy. I just don't know what to deny and what the reason would be. For instance can I deny the total balance, do I need to give a reason or can I just say "DENIES"?

You can just put "denies" but you will immediately get papers either requesting more info or a hearing.

If you are filing bankruptcy why don't you let this just go to Judgment and then have it removed by virtue of your bankruptcy? Save yourself time and aggravation.
