I came here in the USA for fiancée visa, then I got married after 2 months stayed here the USA, and been here for morethan a year, I already have my Green card valid for 2 years, and it is expires on January 2011.Me and my husband planned to move in the philippines maybe late next year or early 2011.
My Question is, my Philippine passport will be expired on 2012, but that is my single name.
What should I do? How I can apply new passport as my married name?

You must apply for a new Philippines passport, you are not US citizen yet.
