What, specifically do you mean by "business profile format", please? Are you wanting to format a letter introducing your business; adding images, advertise on the Internet or in some kind of circular that isn't addressed to one particular person or entity, etc. Or, is this something else?

Then, let's start with the mission and vision statement. Best to work things one thing at a time.

Now, you do realize that I'm helping you with your business about which you know much more than I or anyone else does here. Correct?

My suggestion would be for you to start a draft here of what your mission and vision statement might be, without putting any contact information in it, so that we can take a look at it, suggest to you ways that you might make improvements to it.

It's okay to use fictitious names and locations in or to do that.

Please start the "mission" part of the statement.

My suggest would be to start it something like the following:

"Our mission and goal, is to provide to people using our website a way to find empolyment located in..."

Please continue, if that might be a good beginning for you. If not, please change it.

Yes but we won't display on the website, see for example any job sites like--Naukri,Monster,Click jobs etc

Are you saying that you won't display what you're trying to come up with here on your website?

You do need certain words and phrases visible on your website, if you want to get noticed when people do searches for what you do, where you're located.

When I get up, will probably be about six hours from now. But, I do need to go about my business to make a living for myself then. I'm usually on here late at night for my time. In the meantime, someone else might also come along who can help you who's on your time for your day.
