How do I program a model # 28441 westinghouse indoor digital daily timer? Lost directions.

I'm attaching the scanned instruction page. Also, be sure you have fresh LR44 or equivalent button batteries installed. This retains the timer settings when the unit is unplugged. In my experience, they have to be replaced every 4-6 months. You can get them cheaply on eBay.
