A relative of mine entered the US for studying but after a few years, he didn't complete his studies and became illegal. One day he was arrested and about to be deported but when bailed out he married a girl he knew before. He was serious about his marriage and they had a child but when the child was 1 year old the wife took the child and left and they got separated and she didn't want to return. A few months later when the date for interview was set, he told her but she said she won't help him. Right afterwards, she stopped showing him his daughter, and withdrew his immigration papers. Now, he can't see his child and will be placed on deportation procedures. What should be done? Note that he will not give up on his daughter and is ready to do whatever he can for her. How solve this while avoiding having to pay tons of money for attorneys since he now can't have a stable job or even renew his driver's license? And how can one deal with such a filthy game that a US spouse does to get the child and guarantee have more tax return and governmental support as a single parent.
Thank you and I appreciate your urgent help!
