My husband who is from Austria is here on a visitor visa has been offered a job. He would like to accept this iffer but he needs a work permit first. Can someone tell me what visa he needs to appöy for is it the I-140 any information would be of help thank you

To be eligible to obtain work permit, the employer must submitted and get an approval from DOL. He should consult the employer's attorney.
