Please help me out to find out the location of IP address 10.142.60.8 , it's an private IP so it is not easy to findout the location , if I got latitude and longitude position it will e helpful for me.

Well I know that's used in Turkey, I can even give you the address, but it would be a waste of time as it's a commonly used private IP.
That's the whole point of private IP's the range gets continually reused.
Also they do NOT appear on the internet as the connections are NAT'd.

I must ask why do you need this information, what has prompted this question ?

To try to expain's Ben's answer a bit. Anything beginning with 10 or 192.168 and one other address range doesn't exist on the Internet. It's not a public address. Sombody in every country in the world as well as people who aren't even connected to the internet can have it.

If you so desire, you can have it. Just tell your router that you want it. It's a non-routeable address and it's re-used everywhere.

There is a unique public IP address, and an infinate number of private addresses that could share a public address.
