Okay my best friend is a perfectionist... also she has OCD. She gets depressed if things she does don't live up to her standers... and that makes her throw up. She is also annorexic.. and if she does eat she throws it all back up! I don't no what to do. SHESLITS HER WRIST TOO!!

She needs face to face professional help, ( NOW) She needs to see a mental health professional, no one on this site has the abiility to help you on line. This is a very seroius and dangerous situation.

Have you talked to her parents? A concerned loving friend would have to let her parents know what a serious situation your friend is in.

You really need to let her parents know about this as it can lead 2 death

Tell her you are going to tell her parents, and then... you have to drop her... she's too sick to be a friend. Find other friends who are healthier and who do good stuff to enjoy life. She will pull you down into illness rather than you helping her. Professionals are the only people who can deal with her properly.
