My sister is 19 years old and she got in fight with a girl and her other two friends got in a fight at the same time with another girl, but one of my sisters friends had screw driver that they did not use to hit the girls. All her friend did was scare the girls with it. So after the girls that got beaten up pressed charges on my sister and her friends. So my sister went to trial and they gave her 1 year jail time and a strike for the skrew driver so my question is can she get rid of a strike or expunge it? And can she work in the medical field because that is what she wants to do in the future, be a medical assistant?

She'll NEVER work in the medical field with a criminal conviction. Can she get it expunged?? I don't know. She should hire a lawyer to find out.
