In the cool mode the blower won't come on (refrigerant works). In heat mode the blower comes on and heats. The fan ON mode does not turn blower:) on. I jumped the fan switch to the 24vac cool wire blower still does not come on. Which relay is the problem and how can I diagnose it? I have one relay #, 9400-13q152.
