Do you mean?.
x\ -\ \frac{3}{2}\ <\ \frac{3}{2}\ -\ x
or
\frac{x-3}{2}\ <\ \frac{3}{2-x}
(My money's on the latter.)

Well, 2 isn't an answer for the first choice.
It's also <2, not 2. Bit of a difference. 2 would make it undefined.
Can you show us what work you've attempted on it?
