Hi, Could anyone help me with this movies? I remember watching them in mid 80's, but I can only remember some scenes. So, could use a little help please:

Movie #1. It's some Sci Fi film like star wars or something with spaceships and all that stuff. The plot is about some spaceship pilot that for some reason gets retarded, I don't remember what else happens, but I think this guy had something like a pet, a robot or something like that.


Movie #2. I think it was something about some androids, half robots, half human. I remember they have a battle in a cave or something. I think one of the androids had a tank like bottom part, I mean, instead of legs.

About the first one, I think the pilot/retard used some kind of cap or hat like the ones from the WWII pilots.

Buck Rogers was a show in the 80's (late 70's?) that was kind of like star wars (kinda), and had a "pet" robot in it, but I don't remember anything about anyone being "retarded" in it... could you elaborate a little more on #1?.

No, its not Buck Rogers, I'm sure it was a movie. The leading character (pilot) was a big guy and I think he had a big beard, like "Tank" from Captain Power series.

I can't remember any other details :s
