What's he using to do this with? Is he using a high pressure pump or an old flame pot?

Just curious as to this.

Seriously, give Miller a call, or check with your building department or the fire department. You usually need a permit to store fuel oil.

Actually mosy Miller furnaces that are located in mobile or manufactured homes can be converted with NO problem. You have to purchace the oil burner for the furnace you are converting.

Miller changed to LSI Home, but is now called Nordyne

BECKETT AF OIL BURNER - eBay (item 290352656261 end time Sep-22-09 20:00:07 PDT) (http://cgi.ebay.com/BECKETT-AF-OIL-BURNER_W0QQitemZ290352656261QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_ DefaultDomain_0?hash=item439a5def85&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14)

The above are for example only. I have done many of these conversions in my time. A on site professional who has vast oil experience is really needed to do the job properly. The oil burners used in these style furnaces have a very low firing rate. Good luck with your project.
