Sir I'm very bdisturbed with my sins*gunaah .ido a lot of gunaah everyday.how can I abstain from gunaah(sin.how can I abstain from gunaah(sin.please give me some tips.

Wa alaikum salaam,

The best way to stay away from sins is to keep regular Salah, read the Quran and be among those who forbid wrong doings and help you do good.

Another thing that helps is, remembering that the life of this world is temporary and the Hereafter is everlasting so work for the life of this world by its importance.

Make dua and dhikr often,try and attend all five prayers in congregation.

May Allah bless you and keep you safe in this life and the next.
