Need to ask that you re-state the question.

Makes no sense.

Use more words in the proper order to explain your question.

Makes perfect sense. See hA: Definition from Answers.com (http://www.answers.com/topic/ha-1) Great Test Question. Very few would pass :D

1.28 is the question #

1 mA = ? Amps; 1 mA = 0.001 Amps
2 hA = ? Amps; 1 Hectoampere = 100 Amps Ans = 200 Amps
3 Amps = 3 Amps ; no surprise here)

Ampere is a proper name and there for capitalized. With thant in mind HA is an incorrect abbreviation for hA and MA is incorrect for mA. Very close to nonsense as stated.

A mnemonic to remember metric prefixes:

MIGHTY KING HENRY DROWNED drinking chocolate milk.

MIGHTY------Mega (1,000,000)
KING--------Kilo (1,000)
HENRY------Hecta (100)
DROWNED----Deca (10)

Drinking-----deci (.1)
Chocolate----centi (.01)
Milk------milli (.001)

I won't post the resistor color code mnemonic!

So assuming since we did not get a response from the OP, this is a nonsense question, or riddle?

Like I got time for this crap.

Kiss, you may have the time to think about these types of ridiculous questions, I don't.

From now on, I will try to leave them for your enjoyment, if I don't delete them.

I agree at the first glance, it seemed ridiculous. In fact, I thought HA was a typo, ut the other terms made sense. So, very little thinking on my part I looked up hA and got a surprise answer. H=x100.
